This guarantee starts the day you received your kit. If you do not like it for any reason, please contact us and you can return it for a full refund or exchange it with another kit of equal value. 

If you do wish to return a product, please contact us first to receive a Return Authorization and Return Shipping Label.

If you choose to return a product without an authorization/return shipping label, your return shipping may not be eligible for a refund.
